Thank you for booking with Self Space.
You’ve carved out time for yourself — and that matters. Whether it’s your first, your fifth, or your fiftieth, we’re glad you’ve chosen to show up for yourself.
What happens now?
You’ll get a confirmation email shortly with all the details of your session, including where and when to show up — whether that’s online or in one of our spaces.
You don’t need to prepare anything. Just come as you are.
Need to reschedule?
We know life happens, but we do have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your session, any payment made will stay on your account as credit for future use. For cancellations within 48 hours, the session will be charged in full.
A few gentle reminders:
Your therapist will meet you exactly where you’re at. There’s no ‘right’ way to do this.
Take a few minutes before the session to land. A cup of tea, a walk, a moment of stillness – whatever helps.
You can talk about anything — nothing is too big, too small, too messy, or too much.
Life might feel lighter, heavier, or something else entirely afterwards, and that’s okay. We’ve got you.
In the meantime...
If you want to explore more while you wait, head to our Notebook for words that meet you in the middle. Or follow us on Instagram for daily reminders that being human is a full-time job.
Take a breath. You’ve done something good for yourself today.
Join our community
Join Together by Self Space – a space where we’re curating a community of like-minded people to navigate the challenges of modern life.
In this space, you’ll find:
Exclusive events and conversations you’ll actually want to be part of.
Proper, thoughtful content on the stuff we’re all quietly dealing with – love, grief, boundaries, burnout and more.
Therapist-held sessions.
Let’s stay connected
We send emails the same way we try to do everything else: with intention, and only when there’s something worth sharing. Be the first one to hear about what’s coming up at Self Space before anyone else. Workshops. Gatherings. Therapist-led things. Community moments. Stuff to help you manage your mental maintenance, and feel a little less alone while you do it.
