Hey, I’m Nic. I can support you with a range of challenges & experiences including stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-confidence, self-esteem, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, burnout, & any other challenging stuff going on for you, in a professional capacity. I have experience working with corporate professionals (being an ex-HR one myself), graduates & students with a passion for supporting women in midlife too, with the psychological challenges associated with menopause (often cropping up for us, professional life – yes, I’ve been there too).
I work integratively – which means I dip into my counselling & therapeutic coaching toolkit of skills & resources, minus the therapeutic speak & jargon. I love running MOT’s, as they give you a chance to press pause and consider all aspects of your personal & professional life, so you can be on the front foot, to be positive & optimistic about future possibilities & opportunities.
I bring a curiosity to my client work (it’s all in the ‘noticing’ btw), together with a dynamic, empathetic, honest & collaborative approach. We play’ detective’ to understand what’s got you here, to this point & we ‘join the dots’ together, to normalise your feelings & experiences.
