Tayo is a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and coach with a focus on psychological counselling. She has worked with a variety of clients who have presented a wide range of issues such as anxiety, OCD, depression, work and career challenges, relationship issues, stress, identity and self esteem issues. Tayo uses person- centred approaches with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy as well as coaching techniques. Her approach is warm and interactive- she uses a collaborative approach based on compassion, sensitivity, respect and tailors each session to the specific needs of the client. Tayo’s goal is to create a safe space in which to help clients gain new perspectives on life and understand the necessary goals for their growth and development.
