With over 21 years of experience, I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and young people as they navigate life’s complexities. As an integrative counsellor, clinical supervisor, and couples therapist, I believe therapy should be accessible to all as a powerful tool for personal growth, healing, and emotional well-being. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences, overcome challenges, and build resilience.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and empathetic, fostering a supportive environment where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. Grounded in person-centred and trauma-informed principles, I integrate mind-body techniques, attachment theory, and mindfulness-based approaches to create a flexible, tailored experience for each client. I work with a broad spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, and gender and sexuality concerns. Whether you’re addressing long-standing patterns, navigating life transitions, or seeking deeper self-awareness, I am here to support you on your journey.
I am passionate about creating inclusive, empowering spaces that honour each client’s unique journey and strengths. Having worked across private, housing, charity, and community sectors, I bring an understanding of the diverse life contexts and challenges that people face. I am also committed to social justice and to supporting clients from all backgrounds, including those from marginalized or disadvantaged communities. In addition to one-on-one therapy, I have developed and led community programs and workshops focused on wellness, mental health, and personal growth.
I see therapy as a collaborative process, one in which we build the insights and skills that empower you to navigate life with confidence and thrive. If you’re ready to explore, heal, and grow, I am here to walk this path with you.
