Polly (she/her) is an approachable, empathetic and grounded person-centred creative psychotherapist. Passionate about self-awareness and how we engage with our sense of self, Polly can support your personal exploration through creative processes and in doing so, helping you to deepen self reflection and understanding. Working mindfully with art and nature, often using found organic materials, Polly is able to create an accessible, non-judgemental safe space – whether online or offline.

Polly has previously worked for charities, schools and practiced internationally supporting people struggling with trauma, disordered eating, abuse, personal identity and depression. Today she specialises in working with young people and women at all stages of their personal journeys. She has an LGBTQ+ affirmative practice with neurodiversity experience.
