I believe that the therapy room is the perfect place to work through difficult and overwhelming emotions in order to find a more centred and grounded version of you. Seeking support can feel like a huge step when you’re managing painful feelings, memories or negative behaviour patterns, but I welcome my clients through the door with warmth and empathy.
I work with those experiencing grief, loss, depression, anxiety, the critical self, sexual abuse, domestic violence, family and relationship difficulties. Often it is not our past experience that troubles us in the here and now but rather how we internalise those experiences, we can overcome the hurt. I will work collaboratively with you to find solutions and help you move towards the person you want to be.
When booking, any of our in person sessions can be changed to a virtual session. Book your session first and then pop the therapist and hey@theselfspace.com an email to let them know.
