Kathryn is an Integrative Counsellor using elements of different counselling approaches. She welcomes you to talk about your feelings, experiences and dilemmas in a safe non-judgemental space; to be heard and hear yourself. Sessions can help you shine a light on your actions, feelings and life journey so far. It can feel daunting to come to counselling so sessions are at a pace that you feel comfortable with. Kathryn’s approaches include psychodynamic, attachment theory and person Centered Counselling. Her experience has included relationships, family roles, life direction, childhood trauma, grief and loss, loneliness, transitions, cultural complexities, anxiety and depression. She has worked in private practice, charities and community mental health centres.
