I support people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected to find steadiness, clarity, and a way back to themselves.
My approach is calm, grounded, and deeply human. I work integratively, drawing from trauma‑aware, neurodiversity‑affirming and relational approaches to create a space where you can breathe out, slow down, and feel understood.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional dysregulation, identity shifts, or the impact of past experiences. I also specialise in supporting neurodivergent clients (including ADHD), parents of neurodivergent children, and those who feel they’ve had to “hold it all together” for too long.
I bring a background in crisis management, risk assessment, and emotional regulation coaching, which means I’m comfortable sitting with intensity while helping you build safety and stability. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, make sense of your internal world, and develop practical tools that genuinely support your day‑to‑day life.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, or ready for change, I’d be honoured to work alongside you.
