I’m Juliana Seabra, but you can call me Julie. I’m an Accredited Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience, some of which were within the NHS. Originally from Brazil, I’ve been based in London for the past decade, building a global practice to support clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of psychological challenges.
My experiences in South America taught me a lot about cultural clashes, resilience, and prejudice, and these insights shape my therapeutic approach. As an immigrant, I deeply understand the struggles of adapting to new environments, and I bring that empathy to my work, helping clients navigate their own life complexities. I found my calling as a psychotherapist through my own transformative journey as a therapy client, which gave me new perspectives and a deeper understanding of my emotions.
In my professional life, I’ve published numerous articles and collaborated with mental health publications in South America, sharing my insights on therapy and mental well-being. Known for building strong, trusting relationships, I work with clients facing challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, insomnia, phobias, OCD and relationship issues. I strive to help individuals develop meaningful self-awareness, emotional resilience, and lasting change, guiding them toward a balanced, fulfilling life.
