Self Sessions can be 30 or 50 minutes. You can book and see a therapist on the same day or book one of our bundles and use the sessions over the course of the year. Think of it as stockpiling gifts for yourself.
Choose your day, time and your therapist. See them face-to-face in one of our beautifully designed spaces or virtually when and wherever is good for you and your therapist will get in touch with the details.
