About the Role
We’re looking for an outstanding therapist–facilitator (a class-act, dynamic, confident therapist) to join our Psychoeducation facilitation team.
This role is for a therapist with strong psychoeducation workshop facilitation experience, who is Dutch or Dutch-speaking, and confident delivering impactful sessions in both Dutch and English. You’ll be supporting projects running across the Netherlands and the UK between February and May, with further Self Space Psychoeducation work available beyond this period.
You’ll be working with people from leading companies such as Depop, Huel, Red Bull, Omnicom Media Group, and over 200 other organisations, championing mental health, creating meaningful change, and facilitating moments that genuinely matter.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging psychoeducation workshops, talks, and training in both Dutch and English
- Facilitate sessions for corporate and organisational clients across the Netherlands and the UK
- Adapt mental health content for diverse audiences while maintaining clinical integrity and accessibility
- Represent Self Space with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Collaborate with our wider facilitation and clinical teams to continuously improve our psychoeducation offer
About You
You are:
- A qualified therapist with strong clinical grounding
- An experienced facilitator who is confident, dynamic, and engaging in group settings
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to facilitate professionally in both languages
- Comfortable traveling to the Netherlands as part of your role
You have:
- Solid experience writing, developing, and delivering workshops, talks, or training in the mental health space
- Ideally, proven experience delivering mental health content within corporate or organisational settings
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, inclusive facilitation style
