We’re on the lookout for an experienced B2B Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth by developing and executing a targeted, data-driven strategy that builds lasting B2B partner relationships and broadens our reach.
The Role
As a B2B Growth Marketing Manager you’ll work closely with our Sales, Psychoeducation and Client Success teams to optimise lead generation activities, create tailored account-based campaigns, and analyse metrics to refine and amplify our impact. Beyond supporting our revenue growth, you’ll also work cross-functionally to drive uptake and engagement with new partners, ensuring their people know Self Space and the value we offer. In this role, you will position Self Space as a trusted thought leader in workplace mental health and wellbeing.
Your areas of focus will include:

Lead Generation & ABM: Develop and implement a growth-focused B2B marketing plan, focusing on account-based marketing, lead generation, and nurturing high-potential prospects.

Content Development: Lead creation of relevant, impactful content that resonates with HR and organisational decision-makers, from case studies to thought leadership pieces.

Brand Building: Protect and iterate on our B2C brand presence, ensuring it speaks to our B2B audiences without losing it’s tone and personality.

Partner Activation & Engagement: Shape our partner activation playbook, and lead on initiatives that drive uptake and engagement across our partnerships.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the wider Brand & Marketing team to ensure consistency, creativity, and alignment in messaging across all B2B touchpoints.

Metrics & Optimisation: Use data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, track customer acquisition costs, and manage budgets. Adjust strategies to maximise ROI.

You’ll be a good fit if:
- Proven experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, ideally in HR-tech, healthcare, mental health, or a related field.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform strategies.
- Strong account-based marketing skills, with proficiency in Hubspot and marketing automation tools.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are highly adaptable, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
