We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR and Talent professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about building strong teams and driving organisational success. Key responsibilities:

● Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, and retention, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
● Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational roles and support clinical recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
● Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement to maintain high levels of motivation and productivity.
● Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively, creating a smooth transition into the company and setting them up for success.
● Support and enhance company culture and diversity initiatives, championing programmes that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace where employees feel valued and supported.
● Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing HR support and guidance on policies, procedures, and employee concerns.
● Implement and manage HR systems and processes for efficient employee data management, payroll, and compliance, ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
● Experience with the HiBob HR system is a plus, but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt to new HR technologies is highly valued.

You should apply if you have:

5+ years of experience in a broad HR role where you have successfully owned and led an HR function. You’ve demonstrated expertise in creating and managing the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee engagement and retention. Ownership of the 360 Employee Experience: You have been responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee experience, ensuring that each step; recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention—supports a positive and engaging workplace.

You understand that employee experience is key to organisational success and can design strategies to enhance it.
