Calling all
wild ones

This summer, we’re heading to Wilderness Festival.

Wellbeing workshops
with a difference

More than just yoga and good vibes.

This isn’t about striking a perfect pose or sipping herbal tea while contemplating the universe (no judgment if that’s your thing). We’re here for real connection, proper curiosity, and spaces that feel both safe and expansive. We’re here for deep chats, belly laughs, and wild wellbeing in a way that actually means something.

These aren’t your average wellbeing workshops. They’re therapeutic. A bit of adventure, and a lot of heart.

Arrival & Awareness

Thursday 31st July

Welcome, Wild Ones. We’re finally here. And the next few days are looking bloody exquisite.

Anticipation and excitement is high (with damn good reason). But sometimes our high expectations can be a heavy weight to carry, stopping us being truly present in our experience. So let’s take the load off, eh?

In this therapist-led workshop, we’ll help you to surrender to the moment, stay present and feel grounded in this experience. We’ll share ways you can manage any overwhelm and moments of anxiety (they can happen even when we’re having an amazing time), so that you can truly immerse yourself in a way that feels good for you.

Release & Recharge - A Decompression Session

Friday 1st August

Sometimes what we’re looking for is *literally* under our nose… Our bodies are a clever piece of kit (when we know how to use them effectively).

Learn how to use your body as a vehicle for letting go; releasing and breathing to help elevate your mood and feel more in touch with your body and mind.

Come as you. No pressure. Let’s decompress.

Connection Through Creativity

Friday 1st August

Our bodies keep us alive. But creativity? Creativity keeps us *living*.

In this therapist facilitated workshop, we’ll dive into creative activities that rekindle joy and fun, letting you embrace a childlike sense of play and wonder. And where better to do that than Wilderness?

No pressure, come as you are. Let’s create.

Soften Through Sound - Decompression Session

Saturday 2nd August

Music is a multi-sensory force that begins in our ears and lands deep in our cells, then leaves through the hairs on our arms…

In this curious and playful session, experience the soothing power of sound to help you unwind, relax, and come back home to yourself. Led by therapists, we’ll get curious about what music can evoke within us, and explore what to do when we feel it.

No pressure. Come as you are.

Discovering Pleasure (Adults only)

Saturday 2nd August

Do we really know what we like?

Or are we simply saying, doing and even feeling what we’ve always said and done and, yeah, even felt?

In this therapist facilitated workshop, we’ll talk about exploring pleasure within and beyond sex; what *actually* turns us on and off, and look to expand our awareness, understanding and experience of it in our daily lives.

Find freedom in what feels good.

Prioritising Play

Saturday 2nd August

When we prioritise play, we prioritise ourselves; we remember that we’re worthy and deserving of childlike joy, creativity, curiosity and fun.

Led by therapists (fun ones), we’ll open up a space for you to connect with the part of yourself that’s wanting more laughter, more acceptance, and celebrate what it means to be a messy human being.

Let’s Play.

Leaving & Letting Go

Sunday 3rd August

Parting is such sweet sorrow. And endings can bring up a range of emotions; the sadness of leaving, the pain of goodbyes and the need to make the most of the moments we’ve made…

In this therapist facilitated workshop, we’ll share with you in the reminiscing and the moving on, creating space for you to reflect, cherish, acknowledge and reset before returning to everyday life.

Let’s end well.

Words and Wonder - Decompression Session

Sunday 3rd August

Getting curious with language can transform our inner and outer worlds, articulating – to ourselves and others – who we are, what we feel and how we feel it.

In this therapist facilitated workshop, we’ll write our way through the weird, and wonder wildly with gentle storytelling exercises, gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us as we go.

Let’s write. Let’s wonder.

Walk Club & Brunch for ‘those feeling shy’

Friday 1st, Saturday 2nd, Sunday 3rd August

Walking, ideally, is a state in which the mind, the body, and the world are aligned, as though they were three characters finally in conversation together, three notes suddenly making a chord. Walking allows us to be in our bodies and in the world without being made busy by them. It leaves us free to think without being wholly lost in our thoughts.

― Rebecca Solnit, Wanderlust: A History of Walking

Guided by qualified therapists (and fellow amateur walkers), everyone will be assigned a walking partner and will be given a set of conversation prompts to facilitate a walkie talkie. Deep&Meaningfuls, on foot. With a cup of tea in hand. They’ll come as strangers, and leave as friends. Friends who brunch together after!

In this walking session, we invite people to be curious about connecting with others if shyness is a constant in your interactions.

Deep chats, real connection, belly laughs, curiosity and radical wellbeing. Where better than Wilderness?
