SELF SPACE

Making waves in Ibiza in 2025

We made some serious waves in Ibiza last year.
In 2025, we're doing it all again...

A world-renowned hotel, sparkling turquoise seas and delicious food combined with deep reflection, therapist workshops and insights, intervention and loving support…. This is luxury mental maintenance with Self Space and Nobu.

Whether you’re planning your trip, already there, or simply curious, we’ve got you.

Nobu Ibiza Bay a 5-star hotel ideally positioned on the shores of Talamanca Bay. Away from the hustle and bustle, step from the hotel straight onto the soft sandy beach.

With the beach promenade right outside your door, in a short walk, you will be wandering through the boujie boutiques and restaurants of Marina Botafoch and Ibiza old town.

What to expect

Beach journaling, group talks, walks and bonding. Incredible food, meditation & reflection. Personal stories, therapist insights, and intervention, support & challenges. Ultimately, an experience in Ibiza you will refer to often, treasure, and remember fondly.

Expect to walk away with

A deeper awareness of yourself; an understanding of how others receive you; a renewed sense of your past; a vision for your future; an experience of sharing yourself, the good, the challenging, and the messy; a special, authentic and unique relationship with Ibiza and Nobu Ibiza bay.

And this year, you have two moments to join us in the sunshine as we’re hosting retreats in both the Spring and Autumn. The ‘Grow Through It’ Retreats will take place from 13th – 16th April 2025 and from 13th – 16th October 2025.
