Hi, I’m Bianca! I’m a BACP registered therapist with a First Class BSc in Counselling who creates warm, judgment-free spaces where you can be completely yourself.
I use different therapy approaches to create something that works specifically for you – combining supportive conversation with practical tools and understanding of patterns. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to find what feels right for you.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, work stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity questions, or processing difficult experiences, I’m here to support you. I have particular experience working with neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ people, and those from diverse backgrounds.
Sometimes we might explore creative exercises or other approaches if they feel helpful for your healing. The most important thing is that our work together suits how your mind works and helps you discover your strengths as you move toward a more fulfilling life.
