A bit about me

Hey, I’m Bianca! I’m an integrative therapist working online with adults who are figuring out who they are, how they feel, and why life sometimes feels harder than it should.

I work especially well with people navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, and LGBTQ+ identity — including the particular exhaustion that comes from masking, people-pleasing, or never quite feeling like you fit. Whether you’re dealing with burnout, relationships, self-worth, grief, or just a creeping sense that something needs to change, I’m here for all of it.

One thing I really believe in: our brains have plasticity across our entire lifespan. We are never too old, too stuck, or too far gone to grow, shift, and change. That shapes everything about how I work. I don’t bring a fixed formula into the room, I adapt my approach to suit you, where you are right now, and who you’re becoming. If that changes session to session, great. I change with you.

I draw on a range of approaches: person-centred therapy, psychodynamic exploration, CBT, somatic awareness, and creative techniques, weaving between them depending on what you need. Sometimes that means understanding the patterns rooted in your past, sometimes it means practical tools for the here and now, and sometimes it means simply being heard without agenda. I hold all of it lightly, following your lead rather than a script.

Sessions are warm, honest, and genuinely judgement-free. I’m not here to fix you, because you’re not broken. I’m here to think alongside you.
