Valeria is a warm and open-hearted Psychotherapist and Psychologist. She is passionate about working with individuals to design and achieve their own mental well-being. She will invite you to look at yourself and your life actively, working together to develop the skills you need to overcome the challenges that might be in your way. Valeria’s stance is collaborative and non-judgmental; she works with you to understand the root cause of your struggles and helps you to address those issues with long-lasting support. Her primary modality is psychodynamic, which she integrates with a CBT approach. Valeria believes that therapy is a unique and liberating process and understands that no two individuals are the same, ensuring that sessions are tailored specifically for you. Valeria has experience working with anxiety, body image, low mood, confidence and relationship difficulties.
