Gill believes counselling is where heart and soul connect. She takes a holistic approach in counselling to balance physical, mental/emotional and spiritual well-being. When life is difficult and uncomfortable, our instinct is to fight or move away from it. She offers a safe space to explore obstacles, find a way forward and let go of what doesn’t serve you anymore. Gill offers a place for you to be seen, heard and valued. Gill’s personal experience outside of therapy spans social work, adolescent services, women’s health care, and special educational needs. Gill has experience working with Abuse, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders and Body Dysmorphia, Gender Identity, Relationships, Self Harm, Sexuality Issues, Neurodiversity and Sensory Integration. Gill also works with young people.
