Gazala is a person-centred practitioner who will provide you with a compassionate, safe space in which you can work creatively to find new meaning in your life. She has a particular interest in working with symptoms of depression and anxiety and how to understand and work through these with you, in a collaborative way. She specialises in working theoretically through the grief process, supporting you as you move towards acceptance, whilst holding space for the journey to get there. Gazala also has experience working with eating disorders, work related stress, isolation, displacement, cultural identity, relationship difficulties, managing emotions, low self-esteem using CBT methods and living with long term health problems. Gazala works sensitively with clients from all cultural backgrounds, religions and spiritual diversities and fully supports what this means for the therapeutic work. Gazala offers sessions in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
