Daniel is an empathic and warm integrative therapist. Over the years, he has gained experience in humanistic, cognitive behavioural and compassion focused psychotherapies, meaning his work can be structured or dynamic. Quickly establishing rapport for a trusting relationship, he works with you to discover how your experiences have shaped you and can offer a menu of therapeutic options, believing therapy should align with the needs and wants of each individual. Clients in his work are given the front seat when navigating the therapeutic process and their experience of life in a safe, relaxing, and curious environment to create lasting change. Daniel has experience in working with various difficulties, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, body dysmorphia, social anxiety, bereavement, and trauma.
