With a decade of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, I work integratively, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and the challenges you’re facing. As a PhD, chartered psychologist, registered psychotherapist, and coaching psychologist, my aim is to offer a safe, non-judgemental space where we can explore your inner world with honesty, care, and curiosity.
My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, and direct. I believe meaningful change happens through both compassionate understanding and gentle challenge, helping you build insight while also developing tools you can use in everyday life. I primarily draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Positive Psychotherapy, blending these approaches to support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.
I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, identity-related difficulties, relationship challenges, self-esteem and feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself. Together, we can explore unhelpful patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. I am deeply committed to inclusivity and social justice, and I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. My hope is that therapy feels like a space where you can feel respected, understood, and supported to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
